The Apollo Tyres Ltd Afforestation project has so far planted a total of 350,000 trees with over 24,500 tonnes of carbon sequestered, driving our focus on forest regrowth to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and join the fight against global climate change. We have benefited a total of 326 farmers through our livelihood generation initiative for farmers in the water-starved areas of Tamil Nadu. There is still a long way to go, and this is only the beginning but we believe that our efforts towards environmental conservation will help reduce the burden on our planet and help to protect and restore this beautiful world that we call home.
